We’ve had a couple of lean years in terms of events due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In fact we managed only one scaled back event at Vindolanda in September 2020, which taught us a lot more about contingency planning than we thought possible after all our years of experience!

This helped immensely in August 2021 where we managed to deliver an event at Chesters Roman Fort for English Heritage.
